Construction
Once we get all the necessary permits, construction on your Timurland will begin. During this time, we keep you up-to-date on the progress made with regular communication and photos. We are confident that you’ll be impressed with how quickly things move along as your new home begins to take shape.
Walk-Through
The finishing phase is one of the most exciting steps in the entire home building process. You’ll see many of the selections you made come to life. Once your new home is complete - we’ll take you on a final walk-through. This is a room-by-room explanation of how your home operates and what you need to do to maintain it. Once we’ve answered all of your questions -- all that’s left is the closing paperwork. With keys in hand, you are the proud owner of a new Timurland home!
